Sliced ribeye marinated in Korean bulgogi sauce served with pan-fried noodles and Asian Vegetables

Ingredients:

BEEF

10 lbs D/A sliced ribeye

Coca cola

Rice wine

Ginger

Garlic

Soy sauce

Sugar


INGREDIENTS:

NOODLES

4 packages- 12 ounces Hong Kong style egg noodles

3 bunches scallions

2.5 TBL oyster sauce

1 cup low sodium soy sauce

2.5 TBL sugar

2.5 TBL garlic, minced

2.5 TBL ginger, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon salt

8 tablespoons + 2.5 TBL toasted sesame oil

8 tablespoons high heat oil (such as canola, vegetable)

5 cups mixed veggies (such as coleslaw style cabbage, shredded carrots, and bean sprouts)
